Before You Go On Your Fiji Surf Trip
☐ Book your international flights to/from Nadi, Fiji
☐ Arrange travel insurance (required – must include cancellation & medical evacuation)
☐ Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your departure date
☐ Visit your doctor to:
☐ Get any required vaccinations
☐ Request a general antibiotic and antiseptic cream for reef cuts (highly recommended)

Travel insurance policy (printed or digital copy)
Credit/debit card + Fijian dollars (FJD $100–150)
Reef-safe sunscreen
Sunglasses (preferably polarised)
Hat or cap
Lightweight clothing for warm days
Light jumper or long-sleeve for cooler evenings
Swimwear (2–3 sets)
Flip-flops or sandals (no shoes needed onboard)

Booties (recommended for reef breaks)

Include reef-safe antiseptic, waterproof dressings, and a surface antibiotic cream.
Reef cuts are no joke—see your doctor before travel for oral antibiotics just in case.
