Get ready for island time. Here’s everything you need to know and pack before joining your Fiji Surf Charter adventure.

Before You Go
☐ Book your international flights to/from Nadi, Fiji
☐ Arrange travel insurance (required – must include cancellation & medical evacuation)
☐ Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your departure date
☐ Visit your doctor to:
    ☐ Get any required vaccinations
    ☐ Request a general antibiotic and antiseptic cream for reef cuts (highly recommended)
☐ Contact us if you need assistance with:
    ☐ Flights (we have a trusted flight agent)
    ☐ Surfboard, kite, or wing gear hire
    ☐ Travel insurance recommendations

Essentials
Passport
Travel insurance policy (printed or digital copy)
Credit/debit card + Fijian dollars (FJD $100–150)
Reef-safe sunscreen
Sunglasses (preferably polarised)
Hat or cap
Lightweight clothing for warm days
Light jumper or long-sleeve for cooler evenings
Swimwear (2–3 sets)
Flip-flops or sandals (no shoes needed onboard)
Toiletries (eco-friendly preferred)
Personal medications
Quick-dry towel (optional – bath & beach towels are provided)

Surf, Ocean & Island Gear
Surfboards, fins, wax, leash (hire available if needed)
Booties (recommended for reef breaks)
Kite/wing gear (if applicable)
Snorkel and mask (optional – basic gear onboard)
Dry bag or waterproof backpack
Waterproof phone case
Fishing gear (optional – bring your favourite lures or setups)

Evening & Cultural Moments
Casual wear for dinners (shorts, linen, light dresses)
Sarong or long skirt + top covering shoulders (for village visits and cultural respect)
Optional resort outfit (for a dinner ashore)

Tech & Handy Items
Phone + charger (USB ports onboard)
Power bank
Camera or GoPro
Hard drive or USB for photo sharing
Universal travel adapter (Type I – same as AU/NZ)
Book or journal for offline moments
Seasickness tablets (if you’re unsure at sea)
