Trip Registration & Booking Process
Please complete the form below to reserve your place onboard.
1. Register Your Spot
A $1,000 AUD deposit per person secures your place on your chosen trip. This initial payment confirms your interest and allows us to begin preparations for your voyage.
2. Trip Confirmation
Each group departure requires a minimum of six registered guests.
Once six guests have registered, your trip is officially confirmed, and your $1,000 registration deposit is applied toward your full booking.
If minimum numbers are not met, your $1,000 deposit will be fully refunded.
3. Confirmed Departures
For confirmed sailings, a 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
We recommend booking early, as places are limited to ensure a tailored, small-group experience.
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice and payment options, including direct deposit or a secure credit card link.

6-Night All-Inclusive Surf Charter
Day 1 – Arrive in Fiji at your own pace.
Airport transfer to Vuda Marina
Settle onto the yacht and meet your crew
Welcome dinner & trip briefing meet fellow surfers
First night in the marina.
Day 2 – Full day surfing
On first light we will depart the marina, cruise into the Mamanuca Islands
Arriving for a morning surf session—let the adventure begin
Days 3, 4, 5 – Move with the Swell
Daily surf missions to Cloudbreak, Restaurants, Wilkes, Namotu Lefts
We move with the swells chasing the best waves, adapting to the weather
If an afternoon breeze hits, optional wind sports (kitesurfing/winging) are available
With two tenders onboard, groups can split by surf level or interest
Optional activities will be offered: snorkeling, fishing, village visits, island hikes, paddle boarding, beach BBQs
Chef-prepared meals using fresh tropical ingredients
Sunset drinks, fireside chats, and starry nights
DAY 6 – Last day surfings and exploring, sunset cruise back the marina. Last dinner onboard in the marina. Exchange photos and packing.

What’s Not Included
We’ve covered nearly everything, but here are a few items to arrange separately:
- International flights to/from Nadi, Fiji
– We can connect you with our trusted flight agent to assist with bookings - Travel insurance (required – must include cancellation & medical evacuation)
- Surfboard or kite gear hire (available on request at additional cost)
- Meals or drinks at the resort outside of welcome dinner
- Optional resort dining experiences when ashore
- Spa treatments or third-party excursions not arranged by the crew
- Excess baggage charges (especially for multiple boards or oversized gear)
- Personal expenses (souvenirs, snacks, or drinks while ashore)
- Medical expenses or prescriptions
- Additional tipping (crew gratuities are included, but you’re welcome to tip more if you feel called)

What to Pack
Life onboard is barefoot, tropical, and simple. Here’s everything you’ll need — and nothing you won’t.
Essentials
- Passport (6+ months validity)
- Travel insurance (mandatory – must include medical evacuation)
- Credit/debit card + small amount of Fijian dollars ($100–$150 recommended)
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Sunglasses (polarised ideal)
- Hat or cap
- Lightweight clothing for hot days
- A light long-sleeve for cooler nights
- Rash Vest & Swimwear (2–3 sets)
- Sandals or flip-flops (resort only – no shoes needed on the boat)
- Quick-dry towel (optional – bath & beach towels provided)
- Toiletries (eco-friendly preferred)
- Personal medications
🩺 Important: See your doctor before the trip — bring antibiotics and antiseptic cream for reef cuts. Reef injuries are no joke and need fast treatment.
Surf & Ocean Gear & Donations
- Surfboards, fins, leash, wax (gear hire available on request)
- Booties (recommended for reef breaks)
- Dry bag or waterproof day pack
- Waterproof phone case or pouch

Please bring anything you can for the up an coming groms and local surf guides, pre loved surfboards, bodyboards, surf t-shirts, rash vests, leg ropes, sunglasses.
All donations will be greatly appreciated by the local community.
