Trip Registration & Booking Process
Please complete the form below to reserve your place onboard.
1. Register Your Spot
A $1,000 AUD deposit per person secures your place on your chosen trip. This initial payment confirms your interest and allows us to begin preparations for your voyage.
2. Trip Confirmation
Each group departure requires a minimum of six registered guests.
Once six guests have registered, or your trip is officially confirmed — your $1,000 registration deposit is applied toward your full booking.
If minimum numbers are not met, your $1,000 deposit will be fully refunded.
3. Confirmed Departures
For confirmed departure dates, a 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
We recommend booking early, as places are limited to ensure a tailored, small-group experience.
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice and payment options, including direct deposit or a secure credit card link.
