About Fiji Surf Charter

A New Chapter, Same Heart.

Built on 12+ years of saltwater, stories, and soul, this isn’t just a surf charter – it’s a life’s work.
It’s the journey I’ve built wave by wave, island by island for over more than a decade.

I’m Stephanie, and if we’ve travelled together before whether launching kites in PNG, SUP / surfing reef breaks in Fiji, or sharing slow mornings on a Maldives super yacht – you’ll recognise the rhythm here. The energy, the ease, and the way every detail is thoughtfully handled. It’s still me, just a little more refined.

Throughout the years, I’ve hosted back-to-back adventures across the South Pacific and beyond. From land-based surf camps to luxury yacht expeditions and remote liveaboard missions, I’ve lived and led every moment from planning, guiding, and holding space for unforgettable ocean journeys.

Meanwhile, I was also immersed in the watersports industry – in the owners group of two of Australia’s top retail stores and operating multiple kite schools. It was hands-on, daily learning: gear, safety, customer care, community. All of it shapes how I show up today.

Then, a necessary pause. A two-year reset not away from the ocean, but into myself. I realised what was missing: not more action, but more stillness. Not just surf, but space for recovery. I became a certified yoga teacher, with a focus on mobility and movement for watermen and women. Now, I guide daily sessions onboard—not for the sake of wellness buzzwords, but because I know firsthand how it transforms the experience.

Fiji Surf Charter is the culmination of everything I’ve lived, learned, and loved.
It’s the comfort of a floating home. The freedom to follow the swell. The invitation to slow down.
It’s a barefoot crew, salt-soaked days, and long dinners beneath Fijian skies.

If you’ve joined me before—thank you. This charter is yours too.
If you’re just arriving—welcome. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

See you on deck,

Our Values

We’re not just here to chase waves. We’re here to connect — with place, people, and purpose.

Connection Over Crowds

We believe in small groups, real moments, and the magic of slowing down. This isn’t a mass-market tour — it’s a deeply personal experience where everyone on board is seen, heard, and welcomed.

Give Back Where You Go

Travel is a privilege — one that comes with responsibility. We honour our Fijian hosts and communities by supporting local education, contributing to village initiatives, and making sure every guest understands the power of their presence.

Barefoot, But Considered

Yes, we’re laid-back. But we’re also intentional. Every detail — from your meals to your surf sessions — is thoughtfully designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with what matters.

Culture Matters

We’re guests here. We respect traditional customs, listen more than we speak, and aim to leave every place better than we found it — with humility and gratitude.

Built on Real Experience

With 12+ years of hosting ocean-based adventures, this charter is born from firsthand knowledge — not theory. Every decision we make is shaped by what’s been tried, tested, and truly loved.

Our Mission

Fiji has always called me home.

In the earlier years I spent hosting in Fiji, we built a strong bond with a local village — and especially with the small primary school there. I saw firsthand how far a little support could go. One student stood out — a bright, cheeky kid named Dux. I supported him through his education, and dangled the kitesurfing carrot as motivation (which worked, by the way).

Over time, Dux and I became like family. Ten years on, he’s now a proud Fijian dad of two — no longer that little boy — and his eldest daughter is named Stephanie. After me. That still makes me blush.

But the truth is, while I supported him in his journey, he and his family supported me through mine — especially during a chapter of my life when I had no family nearby and was going through some of my toughest personal moments. They reminded me of what matters.

And so, this charter — this next chapter — is about giving back to the community that held me through mine.

A portion of every charter goes toward supporting Stephanie’s school and the village community. Whether you realise it or not, by coming onboard, you’re helping put books in hands, shoes on feet, and opportunities in reach.

This is more than just a surf trip.
It’s a circle of support — and you’re part of it now, too.
